Central upright has two sliding arms fitted with unbreakable adjustable stops.
The rack and pinion angling system makes it possible to choose the desired angle of inclination (6 notches at 15° intervals).
The TOMPLAC base has four pivoting wheels, with brakes on two of them. The two adjustable bars and the two tool shelves provide ideal stability to the TOMPLAC base.

The sliding arms can be precisely and safely angled with the help of six locking pins.
Once locked in, the pivoting head is set exactly at the desired angle. If ever the cable breaks, there are two back-up fall proof brakes which will lock the uprights.

The variable height adjustment and the anti-rewind winch take the effort out of lifting. The winch handle makes it easy to point the system in the right direction.
Since the TOMPLAC rests on an adjustable base, it can be easily moved in and out of doors.
The TOMPLAC can be quickly assembled or disassembled without the use of tools.

THE TOMPLAC IS SOLID: The sliding arm section, the uprights and the tubular legs will ensure that the TOMPLAC lasts for a long time. The adjustable mounting bracket allows for adjustments to a height of about 30 cm (12").
